New York State law requires real estate licensees who are acting as agents of buyers or sellers of property to advise their potential buyers or sellers of property about agency relationships and the rights and obligations of those involved.

* Whenever agency exists, it is with the Principal broker (i.e. BryCon Realty), not with the individual agent of BryCon Realty. But Broker's Agents have the same responsibility to the client as the Principal Broker.
