Bryan grew up in Pulaski, spending his younger years on a dairy farm. His interests include motorcycles, cooking, fishing and wood carving. His favorite recreation is spending time with his wife and 2 children.

As of 2010, Bryan has handled over 2 billion dollars of real estate transactions nationwide. His real estate knowledge ranges from design through construction, rehab, finance and management. His experience covers all types of property, including residential, high-end commercial, and large and small farms.

In 2006, Bryan founded Reliance Funding Group/Reliance Capital Partners, also located at the Pulaski office. Reliance is small regional boutique lending and consulting firm specializing in obtaining financing, financing strategies, feasibility, due diligence, merger/acquisition/disposition services. They provide lending, consulting and other related services to help companies of all sizes and types, with a concentration in Agri-business and energy related companies in the New England region.
