Jack Bushell comes to BryCon Realty from Coldwell Residential Brokerage in the lower Hudson Valley region of New York State. A recent arrival to Pulaski, he brings a strong construction background to his clients real estate needs.

Jack is a self- starter who works diligently and quietly on behalf of his clients. During his tenure at Coldwell Banker he achieved several sales awards in 2009 and was one of the top 1000 agents in the entire NRT nationwide corporate network. Jack is comfortable in all price ranges and is equally at ease with residential and commercial real estate.

Through his continued affiliation with Coldwell Banker, he brings BryCon Realty the additional benefits and exposure to the northern NYC suburban marketplace. Jack is a graduate of SUNY Brockport(1981) and holds a B/S in Geography and Meteorology. His background in these areas makes the diversity of the Tug Hill and surrounding region a natural for his expertise.

Jack resides in the Town Of Richland with his wife Kim and daughter Kelly. His son Kyle is currently serving at the US Naval Station in Jacksonville Florida.
